Administrative Assistant

Our client, a leading provider of professional services in the North Royalton area, has an immediate need for a well-rounded administrative professional to support their legal department. There you will work closely with legal professionals, other internal departments, as well as outside stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely completion of tasks. As our ideal candidate you will have 3+ years of administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with task and project management.
Job duties include:

  • Tracking projects and documentation
  • Creating internal and external communication
  • Following up on needed items
  • Additional items as needed
Background required for this role includes:
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Experience supporting a legal department a plus
  • Previous project or task management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
