Cleans all common areas of the apartment community Vacuum and dust Wash walls, windows, door panels Sweep, wax, and polish floors Clean vacant suites Replenish bathroom supplies Inform management regarding safety concerns (i.

trash in hallway, burned out bulbs, etc.
) Work closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians Performs other duties as assigned.
