A leading insurance provider is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual with a passion for service to join their team as a Permanent Insurance Customer Service Representative.
This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in client services.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the finance industry, specifically with property and casualty insurance, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, your key duties will include:
1.
Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in person.

Explaining complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner to clients.
3.
Assisting clients with policy changes, updates, and cancellations.

Collaborating with the insurance team to develop effective strategies for addressing client needs.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the finance or insurance industry.

Current Property and Causality license preferred3.
Strong understanding of insurance products, services, and regulations.
4.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, understandable manner.
5.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach to resolving issues.
6.
Proficient in using computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
7.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
8.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
9.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
10.
Insurance Customer Service Representative (ICSR) certification is a plus.
