We have experienced rapid growth over the past few years and now are turning away individuals in need because we do not have enough clinicians.
We have developed strong working relationships with schools, pediatricians, and family practices.
We are most proud of the amount of referrals that come from current and former clients.

RPA is looking for a full or part-time experienced clinical social worker to join our growing, successful team.
RPA's practice operates with a team approach and is dedicated to its core values of Integrity, Understanding, Family, Resiliency, and Interconnectedness when providing services and adding individuals to our team.
If you are an energetic, dedicated, problem solver who is committed to families and helping them move forward together, then this is the team to join! RPA is dedicated to providing services to youth, adults, and families who are in the need of mental/behavioral health services.
Our clinicians work with clients who have had traumatic events, abuse, adoption issues, giftedness, depression, anxiety, suicidality, self-harm, attention difficulties, behavioral challenges, and relational issues.
RPA strives to make individuals and families feel comfortable and confident in their decision to seek assistance.
When individuals and families have completed services, RPA's goal is for them to feel assured that they can handle life's difficulties together.
Candidates must be a licensed independent social worker.
Full-time clinicians have a 70/30 revenue split.
Part-time clinicians have a 65/35 split.
To take the uncertainty out of being an independent contractor, we have partnered with a Certified Public Accountant and a health insurance broker.
