You will be providing support services to adults in a residential setting at one of our Waiver or ICF homes located near Cleveland, Ohio.
There is a focus on helping individuals provide volunteer services in the community, attend community outings, and participate in daily living skills.
No job experience is required, but we are looking for compassionate team players committed to making a difference in the lives of others.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
Providing active treatment on an ongoing basis Providing support with self care skills, while encouraging the individual to be as independent as possible Providing support with mobility skills and use of adaptive equipment, if needed Assists individuals with any activities; acting as teacher, a coach, and a mentor encouraging independence and assisting as needed Encourages individuals to be as independent as they can be and promoting freedom of choice Establishes and maintains an environment that fosters personal growth of both individual and staff Completes all documentation in an accurate and timely manner Ensures the work area is clean and safe at all times Requirements:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.
High school diploma or GED 2.
Valid:
Ohio driver's license or State ID 3.
Must be 18 years of age or older 4.
Ability to work with others, including family members, visitors and the general public Some locations may allow for the hiring of employees actively seeking their GED, as long as the GED is obtained within 1 year of hire.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
