Our client is seeking Direct Care Professionals (DSPs) to provide service in the North Royalton area.
Direct Care Professionals can be a rewarding position where you can make a difference in the lives of others.
As a DSP you will be working with adult individuals with developmental disabilities.
You will help teach skills that will help people grow while going on community outings, providing active treatment in-house, and serving as a mentorSUMMARY OF THIS OPPORTUNITY Provide support to adults with intellectual or development disabilities that will enhance their quality of life.
Implement specialized programs in areas of communication, socialization and behavior management.
Assist with and teach independent living skills.
Assist with activities of daily living and personal self-care such as toileting, eating, grooming, bathing and dressing.
