Come join our team! We are currently seeking a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor.
Here are the details:
The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the supervision, training and production of the Landscape Maintenance crews.
This position is responsible for ensuring that the landscape maintenance clients are serviced in a timely and professional manner.
Overall client and field employee retention and satisfaction are key metrics of this position Essential Duties Lead, Manage, Accountability ? Attendance and action points communicated to the field staff.
? Share the company vision with the field staff regularly.
? Responsible for staff improvement, performance and replacement decisions.
Labor Hours ? Schedule field staff ? Approve daily timecards ? Track hours worked -vs- billable hours.
Maintain acceptable ratios.
Production Plan ? Maintain production binder ? Maintain LMN crew calendar ? Responsible for material, equipment, utilities and subcontractor logistics.
? Snow trigger for plowing services.
Production Process and Quality ? Responsible for clearly communicating job details to the field staff by providing clear job outlines.
? Quality control visits ? Ongoing field training onsite Customer Service ? Supervise ongoing projects ? Handle customer questions ? On site liaison between the customer and field staff for maintenance projects.
? Handle all noncompletion inquiries timely with a definitive action plan.
? Change order liaison ? Responsible for job completion and customer walk through Experience ? 2
years experience in a landscape maintenance supervisory role.
? 2
years experience in a production oriented position.
? A valid driver's license with good driving record is required to meet fleet insurance standards.
? Must be able to consistently move and/or lift up to 75 pounds.
? Ability to operate commonly used landscaping equipment.
? Ability to fluently speak Spanish is a definite plus.
? Must be organized and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
? Exceptional initiative, communication, and leadership skills Work Conditions ? Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including rain, snow, extreme heat or cold.
? Employee will spend 50% or more of their time in the field.
? Schedules for this position may vary and may require the flexibility to work longer hours during peak seasons.
? This position is a hands on role and will require landscape maintenance work at times.
? Possible working hours during snow season include night, weekends.
